Chad and his legal secretary and spouse, Tricia, have been married for over 18 years, and they have two daughters. Mr. Rayle’s law practice is dedicated to the areas of Medicaid Counseling, Elder Law, and Estate Planning. The Rayle’s are actively involved in the community and their church. When the Rayle‘s are not working, they enjoy spending time with friends and family and traveling.

Chad L. Rayle was born in Auburn, Indiana. He received a BSBA degree from Indiana Tech in 2006, graduating Summa Cum Laude. Mr. Rayle received a Juris Doctor degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2011, graduating Cum Laude. He was also admitted to the practice of law in the State of Indiana in 2011. Mr. Rayle began advocating for Medicaid applicants and recipients in 2008, when he was a law student and a clerk for a local law firm.

Tricia L. Rayle was born in Flint, Michigan. She received a BSW degree from Taylor University in 2005. Prior to becoming a Legal Secretary, Mrs. Rayle was employed as a Social Worker at a local nursing home for nearly a decade. During that time, she gained extensive knowledge about Medicaid, Medicare, home health care, hospice, and community-based resources for the elderly and disabled.
